I switched from T-Mobile Line Link for my home phone to 1-VOIP hoping that their service would work with the new T-Mobile Home Internet. TMO Line Link stopped working after I switch to TMO Home Internet. TMO told me that there is an issue and that it would be resolved in a few weeks with a new firmware download. That was a few months ago and still no firmware download. I switched to 1-VOIP, received my device but still no VOIP service. But today I spoke with a tech at 1-VOIP who mentioned that their techs had come up with a workaround, changing the port they were using, for customers that are using the TMO Home Internet device (Nokia). In just a few minutes I was up and running!!
Thank you 1-VOIP for your great customer service and taking the initiative to work through the TMO issue and devise a workaround. I will now go onto the TMO Home Internet forum and let everyone know that they should switch to 1-VOIP so they can get up and running and dump the TMO Link Link!

I was assisted by Ihor, who was a tremendous help to me and to the company. Understanding a new phone system’s features and programs is at times daunting. Ihor was very patient, and he really listened to the hiccups that occurred from time to time. He stayed on the phone with me for the duration of the call to make sure that the setup was complete, and he also explained in detail the features that would make the phone optimal for our company needs. It is rare in today’s post-Covid work environment to find someone who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that a client’s needs are met. I am happy to recommend Ihor as an excellent technical representative.

1-VoIP residential provides top notch voice quality and customer support at a great price. They don’t offer a lot of features, but it does everything I need and they have a similar, more full-featured business service. They offer a free network box and don’t require a contract commitment.
I tried them out by forwarding my AT&T landline to a 1-VoIP number on my home PBX, to test the Nomorobo spam blocking. It blocked about half the spam calls. After a month, I ported my number over. There were a couple of glitches, but I always got a support person on the phone and a quick response by email, and everything got resolved quickly.

Overall a fine product. It would be nice if there was some kind of notification of an awaiting VM. Perhaps a email or text notification. Also when I check my VM a voice comes on and very curtly says “password” like a demand. That could sound a little more friendly. Lastly when I signed on to 1Voip I had to give up the other 3 extensions I had in my home. If there was a way at least 2 other extensions could be used throughout my house it would be nice so I don’t have to carry the cell phone around all the time. Then I would just have to go to war with Samsung to see if I can set up call forwarding on my cell. Thank you

Very happy with 1-voip. Great quality sound and clarity, fantastic customer support when I needed some voicemail items changed, and happy with the pricing. Overall, this is a company and product that was worth spending a minute or two to write this review for them, I’m certain you will not be disappointed.

Overall The 1-VoIP system works great. We got it and then got two friends to sign up and I also moved our church to 1-VoIP. All existing hardware worked well. Just a quick plug in of new modem provided by 1_VoIP and we were up and running. The only problems we have had are a couple times trying to dial into a conference call number, 1_VoIP apparently had the number blocked and I had to then quickly call in from my mobile phone. Not ideal for a long conference call.

The support I received to solve a problem of setting up two 1-voip systems in both my house and workshop was amazing. In fact it went beyond amazing. It was surprising to get this kind of support from any company. I am now feeling guilty that I received over-the-top support and am paying so little for the service. THANKS
I could not be happier with the service…
I could not be happier with the service and the pricing. The cost for the year is equivalent to what I paid the local cable provider for 3 months. Customer service was excellent both selecting a plan and during the installation period. I will use their service for years to come and have already recommended them to friends.

My review is based on what I consider deceptive and unethical advertising practices. Do not believe the advertised pricing plans, as they proceed to incorporate additional hidden monthly fees at the very end without any previous disclosures. My objections were dismissed and I was left with no recourse except to warn others of this practice.

An amazing company …one of the few that is really customer-oriented. Helpful assistance easily reachable by phone.. no long waits or frustrating menu choices when you call. The staff are super competent and eager to help. In addition, the price is right, fees are low, and voice quality is impeccable. What more could you ask for?

Editor’s Bottom Line of 1-VoIP
1-VoIP stands out from the pack with a very impressive 99.999% SLA. Their hosted PBX features are no more or no less than I would expect from a top-notch VoIP provider. Their SIP trunking rates are a good deal. Their residential service is average, but I’ve seen better prices on similar services.
